You should be embarrassed that this hasn't been fixed. It surely gives the impression that you are not a first class cloud applications provider: you are vendor that has taken ancient on-premise email technology and smeared a web UI on top that was an afterthought. Waiting 60 minutes for group updates to be visible in the admin portal - embarrassing. Waiting a day to update an offline address book (and creating all kinds of headaches trying to support users trying to send as a distribution list) -- embarrassing. Fix this, please.
