    +1
Microsoft - the fact that you have yet to provide this last login date for Visio by user report three years later exposes clearly that you wish your clients not to be able to manage their costs effectively for their own benefit - it's clear that you view the inability to see usage for Visio and Project as protecting a cash cow - you should be ashamed of yourselves. Ultimately you will force your customers into alternative products. Seriously, I demand an answer as to when this report will be available .

Usage reports in O365 Admin Portal don't accurately account for all users

admin center -> reports -> activation

report date is 2 days earlier of actual date. Users who have installed and activated weeks earlier do no show up.

users activations show up correctly when looking at individual users. But this is unrealistic to expect admins who manage large tenants to check every individual user....

    portal.office.com > Admin > Users > Active Users > Choose user
    2. Then click on "View office Activations", under this you will get the info that how many office installs is been done on Devices/Computers using this account

    3 years without resolution? wow
