    Our company is divided into departments and we would like to create custom roles accordingly. One would be Billing. Payments, which are handled by Accounting, and current Billing Admin gives Accounting too much power like assigning license to a user, etc. We would like to create a role just for making payments and no access to users and groups. BTW, we use IMAP as a standard for email. When we assign a user as Billing Admin role, IMAP will stop functioning. :-(
