    Hi Bryan
    Thanks for reaching out
Can you describe the issue in a little more detail. Which controls are you trying to switch to impemented or not in scope?

CIS for O365 is in our roadmap and you should be seeing it released to Compliance Score pretty soon!

    Hi Phil

Thanks for reaching out. My name is Anadi Chaturvedi and I am working as Program Manager for Compliance Score. I will work with support and engineering team to get your query resolved.

Can you share any other improvement actions where you faced this issue. Im trying to see if there is a pattern to this.

Secondly, in the action detail page for Allow Mailbox Delegation Only When Authorized, what do you see in the Implementation notes & Test Notes (3rd column in the right in Notes and Documentation section)

First of all, apologies for the late response.

When you say GCC-High Roadmap can you point me to the documentation you are referring to?
Moreover, we at, Compliance Score (simplified version of Compliance Manager) have received feedback to support our service in GCC - High environment from various channels including this. So far, we have been evaluating what exactly we need to do to become GCC-High compliant and there is certain work that we need to do.
I cannot give a specific date, but it is something we are considering in our future releases.
