being able to turn the MyAnalytics elements (Dashboard, Outlook Add In, Email Digest) off by default at tenant level is a first step. Please make MyAnalytics "business ready" and add a functionality to turn it off completely via a setting in the admin center. Running Power Shell scripts or using AD groups to manage licence assignment are just workarounds. We need something more professional to have MyAnalytics off by default to be compliant with GDPR requirements. Otherwise data is processed without agreement of the user. This is a no-go.

actually we need to have all apps being part of the adoption report to be able to manage and optimize the usage of O365 internally. For some services like Forms, Delve, Whiteboard we are completely blind and for other services like Stream we can only generate few insights from the audit logs.
