This makes the feature unreliable, especially when users do not work on their usual computers with Excel 2013-2016 installed.
It would make sense to have more coherence and reliability between versions regarding this feature.
O365’s accessibility is nice, but we’ve been noticing a recurring theme of not nearly providing the same level of functionality vs on premise software in general.
