    The new quarantine notification e-mail format seems to have been introduced on or after October 21, 2019). Please confirm. This new system requires entering user ID and password, whereas the old system simply required a tap of a button to release false-positives into In-Box. Very frustrating change; please revert back to the vastly more user friendly format.

    This is causing issues with our user's OneDrive that can not be resolved, causing us to have to create an entirely different user account for them. Not very efficient, I'd say.
