Over 100 threats from noreply@email.teams.microsoft.com in the last week that all originated from Microsoft's infrastructure.

Create a distribution group and add everyone that wants to receive the notifications to that group. For one of the admins, add the Distribution group in the message center "Other email addresses" area and now non-admins get the notifications.

Like someone else said, you can also use the customized administrator role. and for that may people seriously consider using privilaged identity management and only making people temp admins.

The only email I want at my alternative email address is account recovery emails. Nothing else. zero, nada, zilch.

    Please stop sending these emails

We use global admin because O365 is constantly evolving and we don't want to add new customized administrator settings each time some new admin portal is created. However, we have no interest in receiving billing notifications.

Outlook for iOS and Android supports shared calendars. The app lacks support for accessing to shared contacts and public folders that would be very beneficial.

We have had access to the security and compliance center through powershell up until recently.

Please restore our ability to connect to the security and compliance center of a tenant using partner credentials through powershell.

Access through the admin portal would be nice, but not as high a priority for us.

You can also convert the mailbox to a shared mailbox before removing the license to leave the object mail enabled.

While it is likely that Office 365 will need to leave TLS 1.0 enabled broadly for the near future, we are rolling out TLS 1.2 by default which will allow us to publish updated guidance for Exchange on-premises. Please stay tuned to EHLO blog for further updates — several configuration changes will be necessary to ensure everything works smoothly.
