    This feature needs admin control and needs to be off by default. Additionally, there needs to be a way to add branding to the email so it does not appear as a phishing email

    We also need to be able to distinguish between MS Teams meeting recordings and other videos that we upload into Stream

    I am experiencing the same issue. When I added the additional user to the chat, I indicated that they could see all of the chat history. I would have expected that Teams would have added this user to the chat file permissions
