We have setup a few users to test our O365 product before we moved our corporation over. Now we have AD sync and it is creating duplicate accounts and the email migration is failing. I would be nice to merge accounts into accounts already setup in O365. When we delete an O365 account and let the AD sync work we cannot add licensing because of a "Uniqueness constraint violation". What a pain.
