    I am initially only after these Throttling Policy parameters to be advised to me, so I can figure out what is getting triggered when an ActiveSync device performs an action and Exchange tells me TooManyCommands.
    It might also be nice to have some control for our tenant or users / groups. Maybe not access to *-ThrottlingPolicy cmdlets but instead a GUI that allows to view or manage this.
