As you know that the Microsoft provides manual processes one is the Network Upload Method and another is the Drive shipping, you can use any one of them for importing the PST file data to Office 365 manually.
But here another method available which is A2Z Migrations for PST to Office 365 Converter. It will also Import the PST file data including the attachments into the o365 Cloud platform. It will export your multiple PST files into the Exchange online parallelly.

If you are facing the same problem then you need to verify first,
The item size should not 150 MB, if yes then it will skip that item.
PST file size not up to 10 GB. If the PST size is more than 10GB then split it and try the manual process again.
But here you can also use the A2Z Migrations for PST to Office 365. This is the best application to import Outlook PST to o365 and there is no PST file size limit. You can easily export your Bulk PST files to Exchange Online environment.

With this application, you can migrate multiple PST file in multiple o365 accounts without creating any CSV file. It will also convert your all PST data such as emails, contacts, calendars, appointments, and attachments, etc. into the Exchange Online Primary or In-Place Archive mailbox.
This software starts from only $10.14 /Mailbox, but it’s not a fixed price, once you increase the no of the mailbox the price will decrease.
