Staggering that MS will not acknowledge this problem and fix it. We have had to resort to a third party solution just to file our emails into the same structure that we use in Teams (i.e. Team\Channel). Not only is there a monthly cost to this but it also required a huge amount of resource to implement, I feel like sending the bill to Microsoft...

This and the lack of drag-and-drop are the two missing features preventing us moving entirely to O365 Groups. Such basic requirements.

We can create Channels (essentially sub-folders) within Teams, but not this is not represented in Outlook Groups - why??

Thanks to everyone for your feedback and votes on this item. We’re working through a couple of options and hope to have more information shortly. It’s a very difficult problem to solve since group membership is consumed across many different aspects of Microsoft 365. Thanks for your patience and keep the feedback coming!
