We have a shared mailbox for timesheets that come from personal email addresses, which keep getting flagged as spam and results in them not being processed. Adding domains to the whitelist would negate the spam filter and users can't keep asking IT to add the addresses to the safe senders list.
This is a fundamental failure in the system and should be easy to resolve as admins can filter on their own or other mailboxes.Lee Eastham supported this idea ·
