Workflow-based emails generated by SharePoint Online are wrapped with Advanced Threat Protection safe links. This causes pop ups to be displayed that the link is being scanned and to check back later. If you could please add an option in SharePoint Online where an administrators could enter a specific code for their tenant so that code could be used in the workflow-based email message headers, we could then add hub transport rules to whitelist emails that contain that specific code in the message headers. This would be more secure than whitelisting SPO URLs for entire SharePoint sites.
