It would be better if Microsoft did not automatically activate these changes for all users, but rather that we could decide whether these functionalities are activated for the users or not.

We had a problem with the new functionality MyAnalytics. Since the licenses were automatically assigned by Microsoft (for all users), we could no longer assign Office 365 licenses to the users. We don't have Exchange Online in use and the system simply doesn't have Office 365 licenses for the user because it recognized that the users don't have Exchange Online and MyAnalytics is still active. We discovered the problem. We have now switched off MyAnalytics for all groups in our AD and now the assignment works again. How can this happen? We didn't get any information about this dependency. And surely there are other companies who have the same problem. I ask you to inform us on the right side about such changes and dependencies.
