What are you migrating from that requires you to purchase 3rd party products?

While I agree that having emoji smilies in your business email is unprofessional, how is that much different than having a text smiley? :)

I guess if you're gonna smile, might as well do it with style?

Thanks, everyone, for taking the time to share your suggestions. We’d like to clarity, as some commenters have pointed out, that we do have AAD support for iOs today. Android and WP versions are in the works. Please stay tuned and keep your feedback coming!

And O365 users are the ones who are paying! Why should the free Live/Hotmail users get it first anyway?

3 votes for this one! Sometimes I wonder what Microsoft is thinking. I mean who do they think is going to use the Office Lens app the most? Office people most likely.

How is FIDO U2F better than the multifactor authentication that O365 already supports via the Azure Authentication App, texting, or calling? Genuinely would like to know because I use two factor auth for a lot of sites such as Logmein, Facebook, Github, TeamViewer, CloudFlare, and of course O365. So would like to learn more about how FIDO U2F is better/different.

Did you know you can turn on and force 2 Factor / MultiFactor authentication? It doesn't require any extra subscription/money to do this. It's great, we've been doing this for about 9 months now.

So how do you add yourself under their permissions anyway? Wasn't aware of this feature and don't see it when I just looked a few places in the settings.
