We announced at Ignite that we are actively working on bringing dynamic plus aliases to Office 365.
To get around existing usage, the plan is for an opt-in setting. Our ETA is to have this available for all customers by the third quarter of 2020.
I will keep you updated in Uservoice on our progress.

Absolutely. Definitely need to be able to see the date/time of creation via get-inboxrule!

Product team: see this entry asking for the same thing: https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/273493-office-365-admin/suggestions/34488787-get-inboxrule-cmdlet-should-expose-creation-date

Not having this data makes post-breach investigations a lot more difficult. The creation date/time being exposed through get-inboxrule would be incredibly valuable for identifying the extent of compromise in an organization. Product team - this is the same as the request here: https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/289138-office-365-security-compliance/suggestions/33792763-new-inboxrule-cmdlet-needs-creationdate-added
