Confirmed this works. I created a shared email "accounting@domain.com". Then, you'll need to go to Active Users and assign a license with Exchange functionality.

I agree with this idea. There should be a field in the Contacts to allow not only the employee name but also the company name. This not only makes practical sense when dealing with corporate clients, it also allows better searching, filtering, and metrics.

I agree with this idea. There should be an option of submitting a "payment received" notice, and an updated invoice showing "amount remaining due". The invoices should also reflect whether they are Draft, Open, Cancelled, or Paid.

I agree with this idea. Having every possible configuration of item/service in the price list is not practical or efficient.

There should be a toggle to allow custom items without adding them to the price list. I recommend a toggle because some may prefer having all items/services listed in the price list

Thank you for your suggestion! Just for clarification, do you mean space for an extra description next to the discount, or a separate line below or above?

    Chase Casey commented  ·

I agree with this idea. There is currently a line and header discount, but no direct method to specify the discounts. A current workaround is using the notes, but it would be cleaner to have next to the line. If line notes were possible, I think it would suffice.

I agree with this idea. Having the option to automatically apply a late fee would improve the collections process. Additionally, a reminder email should automatically send based on the payment terms.

For example, if you have a customer setup for Net30, a reminder email sends on 25th day. Within the email it would explain the late fee. On Day 30 we should receive a notification email of the lack of payment which would allow us to resend with the late fee applied.

I agree with this idea. There should be a toggle to show payments made on invoices resent.

Jason, it seems you posted a duplicate submission. To reduce confusion, it may be best to close one of the requests.

Jason, the current description field allows 49 characters. Can you provide an update with a more specific character count?

Be sure you've enabled it in the Admin center
office.com > Admin > Settings > Business Center > Turn on Microsoft Invoicing

Once it is enabled, you can access it on https://www.office.com/apps?auth=2

    I support this idea.

A customer/client may prefer credit card payments or bank transfers.

I confirm Firefox usability is stable. One thing to note, I have problems with O365 when cookies and trackers are all blocked.

Currently you can only setup an internal Cc and Bcc. We should have the option to send to at least two external addresses.

My current workaround is when I send the invoice, I use the "internal" Cc to send to my external client. The down side isi must go back into my settings and remove it afterwards.

I agree, line notes is just as valuable as header/footer notes.
