I currently have my own annual subscription to Microsoft Office 365 and I use Outlook as my primary email software. I also serve on a board in the county that I live in and they assigned me an email address to use with their Microsoft Exchange network. For reasons, unknown to me, your MS Exchange network has usurp my personal email contacts and made them part of the Exchange. In particular, your frequently contacted list of people has inadvertently combined individuals from my personal Outlook address book with that of the Exchange.
