I concur. Please separate the flag column and delete column and let us drag it anywhere we chose just like the other columns.
Also please do the same with the Read/unread button on the left of the row and make it a little bigger. it's hard to click on it.

When we open a result of People Search please open the full contact not the new mini contact form that barely shows any information. Right now we have to take 4 action (search, click result, click 3 dots, click open contact card) to get to that full contact form. It should be only 2 action (Search, click result)

Also Advanced Search Does not search all open accounts. It only search one account at a time. to search another one you have to click browse and change your selected account then search again.!

Search box above the Favorite people find the correct contacts but it opens the mini contact form. Please make it open the full contact either directly or on double click, or make at an option for user to select.

We see two patterns in this feedback thread and are addressing them now. The first pattern is that users want AutoSave OFF. The second pattern is that the Template scenarios are problematic with AutoSave.

To address turning AutoSave OFF, we have implemented these capabilities:

    1. To avoid accidental edits by others, the owner of a file can set it to Always Open Read-Only. This can be done by setting the file to open in Read-Only Recommended (File > Info > Protect Document/ Workbook/ Presentation > Always Open in Read-Only) or by Sharing the file without allowing others to edit (File > Share > People with the link can edit > Uncheck the “Allow Editing” box).

    2. Users can turn AutoSave OFF for a file. While a document is open, clicking the AutoSave toggle turns AutoSave OFF for the current document for that user. The next time the same…
