    A standard feature of most businesses would be to use departmental mailboxes and there is a definite need for users to be able to access false positives that have been placed in the Quarantine section without reaching out to IT support everyday for help in releasing those emails.

    As we have recently engaged EoP and we have multiple users under multiple shared mailboxes, this is a necessity for our organization. Especially when some of the bulk messages being caught are time-sensitive. Unfortunately, the admins cannot spend all day looking for necessary messages, especially when they don't know what they are in the first place.

    This would make even more sense for our users who licensed and use only a shared mailbox. They cannot check for quarantined mail for the only mailbox that is monitored.
