But you can do that already if you are a Business Professional user:
    - Register your O365 user in Azure
    - Log-In with your user
    - This approach is very bare-bones I know (because I don't remember exactly how I did it)
    - If you follow that path, you should be able to do it in no time

As shared in a post here regarding Europe from October 2017(!!):
    - They are considering expanding the reach if they see BC mature enough
    - Yeah, it's vague, to say the least, but please remember, they said it, not me :-)

    I personally wouldn't recommend it:

    Esp. since:
    - The OCM has always been half-baked and might now even die
    - It even is no longer listed in the apps section of office.com
    - Why? Well If I'm not misled by Microsoft (would be no surprise), the myAdmin or whatever it is called might replace CMO in the near future
    - Maybe you guys can help to get some transparency out of Microsoft?

The worst customer experience I ever encountered.
If I would not have been committed to buying, no way I would have gone through all this.
I even needed to call O365 Business Professional support to make it through that process.

We’re currently available to First Release users in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States, and we want to make sure we get the experience right for organizations in these locations before we expand further.

    Jochen Burkhard commented  ·

You might not by accident be that vague I presume?
Why not even a statement of whether you are committed to the European expansion?
Since your comment now is close to 1 year old now, the millions of European customer do at least deserve some more clarity here, don't you think?

I do absolutely agree with your argument here.

    Esp. since:
    - Microsoft let Europe out of the game entirely (maybe forever)
    - Even though the Business-Center still is an integral part of the signup-process
