Thank you to everyone taking the time to vote on this ask. Our security best practices recommend not making passwords expire and our focus is around this policy at the moment. You can read more about it in these two documents:

This is an absolute must. As a medical company it is imperative that are providers receive there emails as intended. Most of the time they have no idea that there email has expired until they go to send out one.

As a health care entity we would love to have the ability to modify the expiration date of encrypted emails. We are required to encrypt certain emails and also required to hold them for up to 7 years at times. That means that we are having to transfer that information into a word document or email that we can then save.
It is very necessary for our users to be notified when there password expire as we are a health care company.
