Agreed, we are trying to manage our external contacts (i.e. preferred consultants, key business partners, etc) - who are sometimes added as guests to 365 resources before we have a chance to add them as proper contacts. Admin should have option to add guest users to 365 contacts without having to delete all existing sharing permissions.

I second this request! Very important to support a workflow where one user creates a form, but then hands-over the form to another person.

I have mixed feelings about this - on one hand, it feels very important - we have fixed groups of users who belong to bigger units, so nested distribution lists have been our go-to for years. And you cannot assign permissions to distribution lists - so we would prefer to use 365 groups with nesting options. But... this would make permissions much more complicated to resolve.
