Since users are normally allowed to use any profile photo they want, the cover photo in Delve should also be customizable, including an upload option.

Bonus feature! When users create a new Team using the Teams app, there is no option to change the language. So our lock-in to the "default language" is getting worse and worse, with many unhappy users.

So fun, I am back here again. Please change this ASAP. Language should never be hard-coded anywhere - and if a user has selected English, then the language should be English. Our entire 365 tenant is stuck in Swedish. This issue is being reported by our users - they share a file by email, and the email is sent in Swedish. They do not speak or understand Swedish.

*Update* After yet another support ticket with Microsoft, the official answer is that this is by design i.e. the locale is selected on day one, end of story. An Office 365 tenant is hosted on a locale-specific server, which can never, ever be changed. In my view, changing language is not a feature, this is a core accessibility issue. Language lock-in destroys accessibility and discriminates. Management is very unhappy, to say the least.

+1 for this change - we urgently need an update and way to fix the "default" language - it is of no use to our employees in the US, Thailand or Colombia to get some emails from Sharepoint in Swedish. If the user language preference cannot be respected across all 365 services, then there should be a way to select and change the default language.

Word Online urgently needs track changes - a major reason to use Word Online is for collaboration, and tracking changes made by different people is mission critical.

Please add full track changes features to Word Online. This is extremely confusing for our users. We are rolling-out Teams, users are happy to sync Teams file folders, they use Word desktop to edit and track changes. Then, they open the file in Teams... or Word Online - nothing there! Users have no idea if their changes are actually being synced. Major issue for our company.

Please. We need to manage locales for our office locations in at least seven different countries.

We are currently working on this report. We will have a OneDrive site usage report that not only shows how much storage each OneDrive user is consuming, but also how many files they have on the site, and how much activity that site is experiencing.

Yes please. User profile photos appear correctly in Outlook, Outlook online, Teams app, Delve, Yammer - basically, everywhere except Sharepoint. This is a major issue for our company.

Agreed, the complete lack of notification is a damaging - our company does not even have a chance to budget for the increase - in our case, on non-profit pricing, we have an 84% increase!

Same issue here - 84% increase for our licence cost. This is a massive hit for our non-profit, and we had no chance to even budget for this change.

This is just standard practice, to inform customers ahead of time of any price changes. In our case, the cost is increasing for us 84% month-on-month - this is a big hit on our budgeting for the year, with zero warning.
