  1. It would be great to be able and search for exact phrases or have Boolean operators for connecting search elements.

    Would love to have given this 3 votes but I only had one vote left. Not sure why Microsoft are so focused on the people search results and ignoring other content types. The main selling point for Delve is that its *meant to* surface everything. Make stuff easier to search then!! I want to find documents with a reference to a person, but I when I search on their full name it recognises the keywords separately and returns results with any reference to the first or last name. Boolean functionality is a must.
