If I have a contact created in my Outlook for a non O365 tenant I can have a screen sharing session on the fly with that user in Skype for Business.

This is not the case with MS Teams. I can add the external contact as a guest to a MS Team but they can only email the team, they can not participate in a screen sharing session.

This needs to be addressed immediately. My company is doing a lot of business with clients that are not O365 tenants, and we need to be able to communicate with them through the MS Teams platform.

Skype for Business has a web app that will allow a non O365 tenant to participate in a screen sharing session/web conferencing. MS Teams does not have this capability.

Outlook web, circle with initials is grey, MS Teams its pink. The ability to change such an aspect of the interface is required
