    Their clumsy approach is to lock window drag animation to usb refresh rate, so high end component owners can suffer. Clap Clap microsoft.

    Its typical microsoft. Refusing to fix their "custom written office window drag animations" since office 2010. So they can say "oh look how smooth my window moves" under your assumed 125hz refresh rate mediocre wireless mouse. High mouse refresh rates simply bottleneck their custom written gui. they havent done anything in 8 years. windows 10 and office 365 but still the same issue at 1000 hz.
