This is absolutely astonishing that there's no way to find previous messages that are no longer "active." They only go back so far for viewing via the Admin Message Center and there's no place, at least that I can find, where you can view older messages. So many times I see a change that I know I read about months before and when I want to get more details to pass on to our users there's nothing to be found. So frustrating...

With the admin response a year and 8 months ago it's safe to say this isn't getting any attention. I am guessing once there's an admin response like this no more notifications go to any MS reps.Essentially, putting it in an inactive state - again, my guess given the amount of time with no admin response.
