I can only assume MS is trying to avoid accusations of monopoly by purposely reducing the utility and functionality of their software anywhere they think the average user won't notice. Why else would MS purposely make their programs less functional? Regardless of the reason- please restore color conversion capabilities. I have been trying to stick with Office, but this is certainly an example of MS purposely making that a hard choice.
