4 years, 3000 votes and counting, and still nothing? I've been able to do this in the Outlook desktop app for a decade. I'm cancelling my O365 subscription. F this.

I have been using zimbra webmail for over 10 years with multiple signatures and I have finally taken the plunge to the latest Microsoft Office app. How disappointing, single signature option. oh dear.

The '"Recover Items recently removed from this folder" hyperlink shown above the deleted items is annoying because it needlessly takes up space. I usually don't need to access it, and there's an alternative way to access it if it ever is needed.

    Hi,

    +1

We would also like to be able to do this particular task via GUI as we are finding several of our customers using the product would prefer it to not be automatically enabled throughout their entire organisation - and some operate their Office 365 management with Shared Administration and they would rather not have to log a job each time a change of this nature is made that they don't necessarily wish to use across the board by default (and/or would rather this to be opt-in rather than opt-out after the fact).
