    I have an issue caused by the limit too.

    On E3 license we only have 3 months of logs, we used to archive the logs every month but the log extracts are limited to 50000 entries, so we are now expected to extract logs every three days to avoid losing them. There is no API or script available to do this automatically. Very labour intensive.

    Same issue and major frustration with rules and the lack of support from Microsoft.. looks like this issue was reported July 3rd 2017, we are nearly at the two year anniversary. Any update from Microsoft?
