Implement ADFS and you can have a custom login/reset screen.

I agree this would be a nice feature however we have some clients who have both CSP and Direct Licenses at the same time (Office 365 and CRM for example) however it may mean that if a customers direct sub expires and they don't get notified there could be a loss of service.

Be easier if there was an option the customer could choose what type and how often they receive these mails.

You can still raise Service Requests in the Office 365 portal in the same way as a Mail or Yammer issue for example. The options available depend on the licence type you have, also the have renamed the option to Dynamics 365 when raising a SR.

This is by design as a security feature, if you change the region of your tenant then it will affect the location of your data too so you may fail compliance.

Also if everyone went around and kept changing their region the servers at MS would fry for the server load.

If you set the tenancy region wrong when you set it up then that's your mistake, create a new tenancy or leave it.

If it's due to business needs (e.g. company has moved region or been bought out) raise support ticket to Microsoft and they will be happy to assist with either a migration or a tenancy geo-location move.

Does not really seem necessary, you can change the company name in Organizational profile within the admin center, and if you need any URL's changed raise a support ticket (which I have done in the past and it is very easy change)

Also people using phone numbers and other unrelated names for it are plain stupid (no offense) if your domain is taken when setting it up just add O365 or 365 at the end it's not hard.

I think this is by design due to security risks, if you could change the name and got hacked (happened before) then your entire organization would be affected you would be in a worse position.

+1 for this, we get many calls with issues for Mac, having SARA for Mac would make troubleshooting much easier.
