    Tasks need to be in the Android Outlook App.

    When you bring Tasks into the Android App, make sure that one can sort Tasks into Categories.

    Make also sure that with the Android Outlook one can create new Tasks with the same Categories as are in the PC Outlook Tasks!

    I really need another support ticket, urgently, but it is not possible. Just as it just got really serious, as I accidentally lost hundreds of Outlook items that I am unable to find.

    At the same time my single support ticket about another issue remains open and nobody is contacting me.

    I cannot open a new ticket: the first is stuck somewhere and I am really stuck with my lost items.

    Would it now make more sense to be able to open more than just one support tickets, especially as Office has 24/7 support.

    OK, seriously, why is the possibility to request email support not there anymore. Maybe there were too many email support requests.

    But if there was a really well done global Office365 how-to-use-Office365 video library WITH A GLOBAL LIST OF CONTENTS that goes into miniscule detail all the way down onon the seventh level deep (7.6.5.4.3.2.1 ...How-to-video / this-is-how-we-built-it-video etc + text...) AND if when watched in sequence those videos would build-up in a cohesive story from A to Z...

    -- THEN people might actually have the possibility to study the tool Office 365 they use.

    It would take a tremendous effort. Microsoft should do it. A video encyclopedia of this kind is required.

    After that support tickets should still have the email option!

    Why does Microsoft think there cannot be more than one issue worthy of a support ticket at the same time?

    24/7 support for Office 365 can NOT mean: we take only one Service request at a time. 24/7 support means that my two simultaneous issues will be taken care of simultaneously. Or where in the licence terms does it say otherwise?

    Open up the possibility to open multiple service requests, please.
