    This should be addresses ASAP! In our mobile world it is inconceivable that a professional solution has this kind of limitation. People switch devices and apps all the time.
    Please fix.

    Sharing contacts still sucks across the board where you should be able to use them.
    Having a shared contacts section in groups would be great.
    They should be available on Outlook, OWA, all apps and be available to activesync to native apps on mobile devices. Both to search AND auto-complete.
    Editing rights should be possible to all subscribers and/or manageable at the discretion of the owners.
