This would be a very useful feature. We need a way to match booked appointments to the customer. If the customer puts in an external email address (or proxy address) and a nickname that doesn't match what we have in our directory, it is difficult to match the Bookings appointment with an employee in our directory. For services where this is necessary, we are having them enter their employee ID number in addition to email and phone. All of this exists in the directory, so it seems like it should be automatically filled in if they are authenticated using their Office 365 account.

Yes... I can't believe this tool doesn't let you draw on a screenshot. It would also be nice to have an obfuscate option. Greenshot has these things and obfuscate is excellent for blurring out text or numbers you don't want to include. Of course you can always use a black marker as well, but it looks better to just blur things. I would just use Greenshot, but it doesn't scale properly on a 4K display.

I was surprised that the Export to TSV feature does not include custom fields. This would be especially helpful during this time of COVID. We have services that are being provided outdoors (curbside) and it would be nice to run a daily export to TSV and then print the day's scheduled appointments with full details. As it is today, some of the vital information is missing from that export.
