Microsoft this is ridiculous. People do not want to be clearing work emails from their personal accounts that are added for recovery purposes. Why are your development teams so out of touch with the real world???

What the...?
Instructions for backing up ex-staff mailbox "Add the former employee's email address to your version of Outlook 2013 or 2016, and then export the data to a .pst file. You can import the data to another email account as needed."Office 365 migration just continues to frustrate and disappoint me.

By pasting the site library URL or manually knowing the groupname and appending to the main site https://consto.sharepoint.com/sites/mygroupname I can get there, but this is not a solution for day to day users.
When a user clicks on Sites - Consto for save as option and sees "All Site Content" with header "Sites and Workspaces" then the Office 365 Group "Team Sites" should be visible. I understand they are not officially sub-sites of the main site, but it is very confusing for non-technical users.

I see IN THE PLANS, but what is in the plans?
For us being able to define what is under each section of the profile would be great.
eg: Contact Information > Contact Me
we want to:
1. add DID/Extension numbers.
2. move Home phone to a new subheading called Additional Contact so Home Phone, Private Mobile and Emergency Contact are clearly separated from work contact information and thus used only in appropriate circumstances. Also there should be way to add the Private Mobile, DID and Extensions Numbers with and icon and actionable links, so they are not just a string, but behave like the inbuilt phone number fields.
Eric, what is the concept of not using the users email address for login?
I was considering this as a security measure (ie outsider cannot use public email address to log in), but you seem to want public email to be used?
Also cannot see how this is achieved as Office Admin has field "Primary Email Address and Username", so I had assumed they had to be the same.
Our problem is somewhat similar in that we have grown and now want to change our email address structure for primary email, but this then changes the Username and this breaks everything from onedrive shares to mobile sync.
There needs to be a better way of handling this. eg: if username is changed then the superseded username can be retained for logins and url for redirects for my-sharepoint onedrive site.
