Yes please: Having exactly the same issue. Cannot believe that the two options were made mutually exclusive by design.

Yes please! Very aggravating for our users. SHould be offered similar to opening the shared mailbox from OWA - once they open their own quarantine, they should be able to "Open another mailbox".

There is already a solution to #3, you can create a transport rule that will prepend a block of text or HTML code into the body of your quarantine notifications.

Please! We have wholly owned subsidiary as separate O365 tenant and this would be immensely helpful in bridging communications between the two tenants.

There is a workaround - use the X-CustomSpam header option, then create a transport rule that checks the mail header "X-CustomSpam" for the text <include key words from each of the options you want to check, eg. URL>
