    Kim Nilsson and David Webster have it right. Stop expiring passwords!

    If your company policy requires rotating passwords, ask them to change the policy instead of asking your vendors do support the security policy that decreases security.

    You can safelist addresses in the Threat management > Policy > Anti-phishing policy. It's under Mailbox Impersonation settings.

    This uservoice submission is requesting better documentation on how to action a false negative for the different alert actions.
