In general, when providing feedback specific for Excel Online, I would recommend using Excel Online UserVoice, where you’ll find the specific feature granularity.

Would it be possible as stop gap between more robust Online Office Apps to provide as an add-on benefit (either free to current tenants or for a small fee) a RDS remote app solution? Where as a tenant we have access to the current (current -1) Office Suite through a remote session to remote app server in Azure. Not sure how difficult it would be but sounds likes a great idea in my head. I am sure the workforce at MS can figure out how to make it happen. Feel free to contact me.
I agree. In our organization and most we have shared mailbox for requests that queue trouble tickets. If the email went to the particular mailbox it would ensure that the request was handled by an available admin.
just open MS Paint, create a square, fill it in with the color of your choice, add lettering if you like and then have your admin add it if you can't to your Outlook profile.

To add on to this, having one place for a user to set their time/region would be great or have it set everywhere once the user sets it. As an admin, I have to send users to different places to make sure the time zone is set properly (Email, OneDrive ). Once a user sets their time zone they shouldn't have to do it in every service and they are using email in one time zone and onedrive in another.

yes the ability to turn off the password request emails, direct them to a central account and add a custom message would be great for DirSync customers.
