    For goodness sake Microsoft, just fix this. It makes zero sense that a delegate added through Outlook can access private emails but a delegate added through Full Mailbox Access cannot. How obviously very stupid.

    This should be default behaviour - how it works now is completely illogical to most people. Same for sent items. When Send As, it should go in the shared mailbox only; when Send on Behalf it should go in both. That is logical default behaviour which 99.999% of people expect. The overrides should be for those who want to do it illogically.

    Absolutely! I wish Microsoft would concentrate on fixing the copious flaws in Office that have been "fed-back" (but ignored) that affect day-to-day usage, every day! Instead they mess about with things nobody is much interested in, other than Microsoft developers and product managers.
