Thank you for your responses. We appreciate that you’ve taken the time to provide us with feedback to help make our products better.

We’re actively working on significant improvements to the end user experience with the feature across Outlook clients. This includes improvements to the UX, the classification algorithms, and controls.

Today, admins have a Power-Shell cmdlet that allows them to control the Clutter feature on a per mailbox level. Details of this can be found here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt586787%28v=exchg.160%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

Our decision to provide the cmdlet based control for Clutter was based on early feedback we received on the Clutter feature.

We will continue to improve the admin controls based on the continued feedback. Considering the responses on this forum, it would be helpful to better understand the gaps in the current admin control story. Do you believe the gap here is in not having a tenant level control or not having…

Out of votes, but seconding Nick Assar's point that new features should not be auto-enabled by default.

The flag and labels ideas are excellent additions.

Yes, definitely need to know this data, and to have it be preserved.

O365 Video previously, O365 Groups, now O365 Teams...the default option for any new app should be *opt-in*, not opt-out.

This could address the Project tile issue.
The current Project tile only points to the first PWA site collection created and can't be changed.
Creating custom tile for each additional instance and then asking each end-user to add them manually is a clunky and inefficient solution.

If the admin could instead create a custom tile that points to a landing page for all PWA instances and push it out to all users (or a subset of users), that would be better.

    TLDR:

We have more than 3300 users with an E3 license.
All of these users can access SPO, even when SPO is not toggled under E3.

Usage reports for email and Skype say "out of 3300".
Usage reports for SPO and OneDrive say "out of 290".

Thanks, everyone, for taking the time to share your suggestions. We’d like to clarity, as some commenters have pointed out, that we do have AAD support for iOs today. Android and WP versions are in the works. Please stay tuned and keep your feedback coming!

Would be especially handy for the Project Tile, since it can only point to 1 PWA instance, even when different departments are using different PWA instances.

The Project tile only maps to the 1 PWA instance, even though we have multiple PWA site collections.

We don't want to remove the Project license, because the users have access to other PWA site collections that the tile doesn't direct to.

Until this tile can point to multiple site collections (like the SharePoint Online tile does), it would be easiest if we could remove the tile.

We have multiple project web app sit collections provisioned.

The Project tile in the O365 app launcher **SHOULD** function like the SharePoint Online tile in the O365 app launcher:
It would bring up PWA sites and sort them into "followed", "frequent" "suggested" and "all", just like the SPO tile does.
