These apps try a multitude of options to get in. They try a multitude of vectors to get in (ActiveSync, IMAP, POP, EWS) until they are successful or fail.

The way I blocked them is:
    - Disable IMAP & POP (Turning on for accounts that need it)
    - Turn on EWS BlockList on all mailboxes
    - Add rogue apps to the Blocklist (CloudMagic, Aqua Mail, BlueMail).
[This will be a bit of whack-a-mole when they pop up.]
    - Disable EWS Mac options (Mac Outlook & Entourage), again enable on mailboxes that require them.
