This Feature is really needed and more than time to be implemented. As you are hopefully going to implement this - it is important that it will be possible to configure One-Time Bypass for 24 hours for a User! (this is real-life scenario - as most times needed, the user forgot his Mobile Device at home and next possible Two-factor Login will be only next working day!

And please also create the solution for Delivery Delay Notification - this way the Sender at least gets informed that the delivery of an email is delayed! - this should be set to 30 / 60 or maximum 120 Minutes!!!!
In modern Business World - no customer accepts that he will only be informed after two days that the email he sent and believes that got received by the recipient has never been sent!!

Keep the feedback coming. We appreciate continued details as to which option(s) would work best. The trick is balancing notifying users (who usually can’t take action, but certainly want to know when messages are delayed) vs. notifying the admins (who may or may not be able to take action but may not want such a quick notification — for example if they are responsible for a server that is down for planned maintenance or a DNS change which takes time to propagate). We would certainly like for this to be somewhat configurable in the future, but also are considering alternatives to the current 48 hours.

I have done such a Migration as recommended by Microsoft Support Staff after I created a Support Request. I have been recommended to use the PST Migration and the Migration has been a disaster, although I am experienced with Office 365 an Migrations.
The PST Import did not import all Subfolders and Mails, so at the end I had to write powershell Scripts to count Items in all old Mailboxes and compare them to the new Mailboxes with Excel Formulas. As I said, absolut disaster! I then had to manually copy over several mails and folder that Customer had all his Mails again.
Also this PST Tenant to Tenant Migration is not possible without at least 15 minutes downtime in mails reception.
Please Microsoft, work out a Migration from Tenant to Tenant finally, as we have informed you already 4-5 years ago in a Special Circle about Office 365 Experience organised by Microsoft to do that!
