Thank you for fixing this defect.
There is a solution to turn off transcript for single videos in Stream.
1. Open Stream
2. Click on the gear in the upper right hand side of the page.
3. Select Admin Settings (you have to be an admin to do this)
4. Click on Discover in the upper bar
5. Select Videos (all of your stream videos will be displayed.
6. Find the Video you want and click on the three dots at the far right
7. Select Edit in admin mode.
8. Under Options locate Captions and un-check "Autogenerate a caption file"
This removes the transcript for that particular video
But I would also like to be able to remove the Transcript for all Videos in my Stream tile or at least all within a Channel.
My point was that only the owner of the mail box or the courts should authorize access to that mailbox. No admin should be able to access mail with out the owner or courts permission. Period. Of course George Orwell had other ideas.
I disagree, member emails should be confidential and only accessed by court order.
Restate: The current owner of a meeting or the sites global admin should be able to reassign ownership of a meeting to another person. Or / and assign co-ownership of a meeting to another person.
Reason: promotion to another area of the business or leaving the business changes the meeting responsibility from one person to another. Currently the only work around(s) are to 1. Share the original owners calendar with the new person giving them edit capability (not good because it gives the new person access to possible personal or confidential calendar entries) and 2. cancellation of every calendar entry not associated with the old owner and recreation of every calendar entry by the new owner. not efficient.
I have found a company offering a solution. Teamviewer out of England has an app that will utilize your organization's information in Office 365 to create a comprehensive organization chart that will follow any Office 365 Administration changes such as additions, deletions, and changes in position within the company.
Could Microsoft allow the dynamic group to be clicked on and expanded in the TO field much the way other groups can be expanded in that area?
Microsoft, any updates or comments?

Great news! This capability is included in in the recently updated Office 365 Roadmap entry: “Admin App Launcher Customization Tools” which can be found in the “In Development” section.
Please let us all know if allowing an admin to create a custom tile and post it to their Office 365 members is still in the pipe line for release?
I would like to see this feature become part of the Admin tile, but I would also accept a power shell command to accomplish this.
