totally agree, have tried to use flows and flagged emails but you can't create a flow to create planner tasks from a flagged email with a 365 group email address in the to field.
This would be great not just for helpdesks but for any dept that has multiple people monitoring and responding to messages sent to a 365 group mailbox.
Yes please for a ticketing system that can create tasks, create ticket numbers, record status and priority, send auto responses and log changes
