Our regulators ask for DNSSEC and DANE on a comply or explain basis. Right now we cannot comply (or explain for that)

We’re currently working on several aspects of your request. Today, you can use mailbox policies to restrict users from creating groups, but in the very near future, you’ll be able to define a security group of allowed users (your teachers and faculty). You can track our progress on this ask here: http://fasttrack.microsoft.com/roadmap#I-31838

For more updates on EDU specific features read here: https://blogs.office.com/2016/04/14/announcing-new-experiences-for-teachers-and-students-in-office-365-education/#wVxjHJeXeuhzUZVP.97
