We ran into this same problem recently. I was told to just leave it there as the tool does not import duplicates. I was quite disappointed by this "answer". I agree, we should be able to cancel jobs that are stuck.

We are currently working on this report. We will have a OneDrive site usage report that not only shows how much storage each OneDrive user is consuming, but also how many files they have on the site, and how much activity that site is experiencing.

Any word on this? I'm looking for such a report and don't want to have to cobble together different tools to get this information.
