Thanks to everyone for your feedback and votes on this item. We’re working through a couple of options and hope to have more information shortly. It’s a very difficult problem to solve since group membership is consumed across many different aspects of Microsoft 365. Thanks for your patience and keep the feedback coming!

Thanks for spending time sharing your thoughts!
We’ve been thinking about allowing end-users to “pin” documents on their pages. Would that be of interest?
Or are you after an admin control that lets you control the query that selects documents to show on all users’ profiles?

We are looking into different options to improve our handling of mark-up on the Delve profile page. Thanks for the feedback.

+3 for this. I've mentioned elsewhere it would also be great to have a placeholder syntax for injecting User Profile properties for the current user into the URLs. It would also be useful if the HTML field type didn't just render the HTML as encoded.

It would also be useful to have some fields not be encoded. What's the point of having a HTML field that then renders in an encoded format so you can actually see the HTML. Our client wants to be able to add links to corporate "Employee Profile" documents (stored elsewhere on the intranet) on an employee's profile page. This does not appear to be possible at the moment. If you want people to use Delve it needs to be customiseable and flexible.

If we can't have complete flexibility (e.g. web parts) then a compromise might be to have a "More about me" section which an administrator could add HTML and hyperlinks to. Hyperlinks could then include placeholder values that are replaced at run-time by other User Profile properties. e.g. a link like "/searchresults.aspx?ContentType=EmployeeProfile&Name={EmployeeName} would turn into a link to search results page about the curretnly view profile.

Looking forward to some new features in Delve, it does have potential.
